BY E-MAIL:
If you wish to place an order via e-mail or contact our general manager, Charla Papp, regarding orders, her direct e-mail address is: charla@sherline.com. Questions about the products may be directed to craig@sherline.com.
To keep our marketing costs low so that we may sell these products as inexpensively as possible, we have not produced a printed catalog for the Industrial Division.
These products are now available through our 24-hour Internet E-commerce webstore.
These products are also sold directly from this site, and are not available through our miniature machine tool dealer network. All the information you need can be found on this web site. However, if you would like to request a color catalog that details our line of miniature machine tools and accessories, please call or send us an e-mail with your mailing address.
E-MAIL ORDERS:
We are happy to accept orders via e-mail. Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard. Please include your credit card number and expiration date on all first-time orders. If you have ordered with us before and have used a credit card, the number is still on file and you can request that we bill to the same card you used before without sending the number. You should provide the current expiration date of your card in case it has been a while since you ordered. If we have an expired card date, we cannot process the order. Questions about your order will be asked by return e-mail unless you request phone contact. If so, provide a number and time to call.
GETTING ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS:
Whenever possible, we would prefer our phone reception staff to handle that duty. Questions regarding specific applications of our industrial products can be sent by e-mail; however, if possible, we would prefer that you call us during our normal business hours. In most cases, e-mailed questions require several rounds of typed responses by both parties to fully clarify the question and answer. This can be very time-consuming. Questions can usually be answered more quickly and thoroughly over the phone. We do not believe in using an electronic answering machine, so a real, live person will pick up the phone and either answer your question or route your call to someone who can. We have several lines, but if all lines are busy, please call back in a few minutes. It's a little old fashioned, but we have found that most customers hate being put on "terminal hold" by an electronic recording.
